The NC 4A West Regional race completed the season for Watauga. Rotten luck had the boys finish in a tie for 4th, only 1 pt. behind third. The tie breaker was not in their favor and the season ended without a repeat trip to the state meet. Josh paced the squad with a 17th place finish, followed immediately by Avery, then Price, River, and Grant to complete the scoring. Sam and Elias also ran with sub-18 PR's. The girl's squad finished 11th in the region and were led by Anna, Rebecca, Emma T., Finley, and Kate scoring and Samara and Emma B. also competing. Complete race results here.
