"Coach Mac needs to know who is going to Richmond by Monday. He needs to make out the rooming list and get it to the hotel. He also needs to cancel some rooms if we don't have the number going that was expected. Money can still be turned in by Friday. The cost is $80. You may send in a check made out to Watauga CC."
