NC Runners has a photo of Darby, and United Way is their "Meet of the Week." Update: Just posted on NC Runners, this Preview. Update: From that preview, "It appears that Watauga will not be running their top 7 girls in the championship race, in anticipation of attending the MileStat.com XC Invitational on Saturday."
Update: NC Runners has a Twitter feed. One report from the race: "Lynde (Wangler) did realllly good"! Coming back strong from her injury.
Update: NC Runners (thanks, BTW) reports "Brooke Gordon (TCR) wins girls champ in 17:53 all alone the whole race." TCR girls, Providence Day boys, and "Ben Fiedler (Asheville School) with . . roughly 15:45."
